Preparedness can feel very overwhelming at times, especially during the beginning stages of your journey. It’s like staring up Mt. Everest, knowing you have to somehow get to the top with little to no experience in doing so. Rest assured, it doesn’t have to feel this way, and it won’t in due time. You are not alone in this journey, which is where Preparedness Hive comes to life.

We’re firm believers in the fact that we all have a moral responsibility to be prepared for the inevitable ups and downs in life. Self-reliant, not system-reliant. The system is great while it’s here, and we have no qualms with taking full advantage of the resources available to us all. We humans are also fully capable of taking care of ourselves, as well as those around us, with a little basic knowledge and fundamental skills that have all but been forgotten in today’s society. We’re here to help you not only learn the skills and knowledge necessary for survival, but to connect with other like-minded individuals on the same path.

Preparedness Hive was created with the intent to help others maximize their journey and support each other through the many challenges, mistakes, opportunities and breakthroughs along the way. While we’re fairly new in terms of a brand and website, we’re no stranger to the world of preparedness. Our Comprehensive Guide to Everyday Preparedness represents a culmination of decades of experience and is structured to give you a clear path to success toward your own preparedness goals. Did we mention that the first stage is free? No excuses… you literally have nothing to lose and everything to gain.

There’s such an abundance in this world, and as long as we’re able, you can count on us to share our knowledge, resources, experience and even “stuff” from time to time. We encourage you to take the first step on your own journey if you haven’t done so already, and if you’re feeling inclined, join the Hive as well. We’re always in the process of expanding ways to engage and unite the preparedness community, so if you have any ideas we’d love to hear them!
